FWIW, the quality of the fish in the HDB is just NOT that good. stringy, chewy, lack of variety. no need to complain about panchan here. if you go to a Korean/Mandarin restaurant, they’ll only dish out avg of 2-3 varieties of panchan as well. that said, the 3 things we had were all very tasty (dikon, marinaded peppers, kimchi)

good enough for J Gold, good enough for me i suppose.
